Free access & guided tours
For primary and high school student groups at Țiriac Collection
Fundația Țiriac, with grants from Țiriac International Foundation, runs a wide-reaching educational project that supports access for primary and high school students, organized in groups, to guided tours at Țiriac Collection – the only personal collection of cars and motorcycles in Romania open to the public. The program fully covers the costs of the visit, specialized guided tours, and transportation, making participation accessible to as many students as possible.
The main objective of this initiative is to enhance general knowledge and understanding of the history and development of the automotive industry, with Țiriac Collection standing as a remarkable exponent of technological progress over the past 130 years. By experiencing unique models and iconic vehicles from different eras, students are given the opportunity to broaden their perspective on innovation, design, and the social impact of the automobile throughout history.
Through this project, the Fundatia Țiriac aims to transform a visit to Țiriac Collection into an educational, inspirational, and memorable experience, bringing the history of the automobile and its cultural value closer to the younger generation.
Through this program, a total of 59,008 children visited the museum. Additionally, 34,358 children benefited from transportation to the Țiriac Collection, the Ice Rink Allianz-Tiriac Arena, or other sports and cultural points of interest.
