The design and content of the Website belong exclusively to ȚIRIAC INTERNATIONAL FOUNDATION, a predominantly private interest foundation (Stiftung) established under the laws of the Principality of Liechtenstein, registered with the Commercial Registry of Liechtenstein under number FL-0002.556.642-6 (hereinafter referred to as “TIF”, “we” “us” “our”), and are protected by intellectual property law.
TIF is committed to making a meaningful impact in the world, among others, through active implication in charitable activities in such areas as health and education, sports, society and environment. I. DEFINITIONS
The terms “Website“, “this Website” and “the Website” used in this document refer to www.tiriacinternationalfoundation.com.
Visitor – Any person accessing the Website, irrespective of the reason.

Part of the content of the Website, respectively the texts, descriptions, features, images and symbols, is made available by various of TIF’s partners specifically involved in each project – for example pictures of the final beneficiaries of the projects supported by TIF, description of the projects. X. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them, as well as the use of this Website, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Liechtenstein.
For the avoidance of doubt, the choice of Liechtenstein law as the governing law of these Terms and Conditions relates exclusively to the legal relationship between TIF and the Visitors in connection with the use of this Website. The legal status, incorporation, organisation, governance, or internal affairs of TIF, shall at all times remain exclusively governed by the laws of the Principality of Liechtenstein, in accordance with TIF’s constitutive documents and the applicable provisions of Liechtenstein law.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted as establishing, evidencing, or implying the existence of a registered office, branch, permanent establishment, or centre of main activity of TIF in Romania or in any other country.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, the parties shall first endeavour to resolve the matter amicably. If no amicable settlement is reached within thirty (30) calendar days from the date on which one party has notified the other party in writing of the existence of the dispute, the dispute shall be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Vaduz, Liechtenstein.
XI. MISCELLANEOUS
Visitors agree and confirm that they have understood and acknowledged these Terms and Conditions with full knowledge and understanding of their legal effects.
These Terms and Conditions, together with the information and documents linked to them or referred to herein, contain the entire agreement in relation to the Visitors of the Website.
